Booking and Deposit :

A 50% deposit of the total order amount must be paid online at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other online payment gateways as specified on our platform.
Remaining Payment :

The remaining 50% balance of the order must be paid upon delivery of the petroleum product.

The delivery team will provide an invoice, and payment options will include cash, card, or digital payment methods.
4. Delivery Terms
Premises Delivery :

Petroleum products will be delivered directly to the client's specified premises.

Delivery will be scheduled within the agreed timeframe as per the order confirmation.
Transfer of Product :

Upon delivery, petroleum products must be completely transferred to the client’s tank or equipment.

5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Timeline :

Clients may cancel their order within the first 24 hours of booking without any charges, and the deposit will be fully refunded.

If an order is canceled after 24 hours of booking but before 72 hours have elapsed, a 5% administration fee will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

If an order is canceled after 72 hours of booking, the 50% deposit will be non-refundable.
6. Refunds and Returns
